Danny Azoulay is a Jerusalem artist with a passion for creating high-design papercut ketubahs that both honor the past and carry meaning and tradition into the future. He calls the ketubah “a couple’s first family heirloom" and is mindful of this responsibility as he creates beautiful, architectural pieces to grace the home for years to come. One of the most beautiful of Azoulay’s colored ketubahs, the Greenwood Ketubah shows two trees with their branches interwoven above and their roots interlocked below. Each is strong in its own right, but together they form a canopy beneath which wildlife shelter and flowers bloom. Strong and beautiful, this image represents the chuppah and the deep partnership of a couple.
